Here is an interesting video I found.

The title is: Making Acorn Bread in Oregon | Homestead Kids

In this video we show how the kids made delicious, nutritious Acorn bread using Acorns we gathered around our homestead in Oregon before we moved to Belize.
The basic process is as follows:
Go out foraging for wild foods. When you find a good acorn supply, harvest as many as you can and bring them home. Process the acorns into flour (this is a whole different subject than making Acorn bread!). Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, and bake it in the oven at the right temperature and the right time.
Now for the fun part: Eat the Acorn bread! So Delicious!!
